PTM6

  • Standard 1/2" NPT connections adapt to most existing systems
  • Optional mounting bracket available for 2" pipe rack mounting
  • Large roddable 1/4" process ports and 3/16" instrument, test and bleed ports
  • PVC coated arrow handle with spring-loaded locking device to ELIMINATE accidental switching from normal position. This comfortable handle allows switching to block or calibrate position with a simple 90 degree turn.
  • Integral bleed valve allows venting with handle in any position
  • All parts are replaceable in-line
  • Neatly beveled corners help give your installation the professional look

The PTM6 is a 3-way selector valve for use on Static Pressure Transmitters, Switches, or Gauges. The PTM6 consolidates multiple actions and fittings into one, compact unit.

Again D/A has combined ruggedness, durability, simplicity and useablility into another superior product.

 Plug Liner: Teflon or Filled TFE
 Non-Wetted Trim: 303SS
 Handle: PVC coated with spring loaded locking device

 Integral Bleed Valve: 303SS

Exotic materials: Hastelloy C, Monel, Alloy 20, etc. consult factory.

Max Ratings:
 Teflon:
  1500psi @ 220ºF
 Filled TFE:
  1500psi @ 325ºF
  (recommended only when manifold operating temp. exceeds 100ºF)
Ratings are for main process block valve service. Body rating is 6000 PSI

 1/2" FNPT process, instrument and test
